Our Story

Hey everyone, I'm Brad, the guy behind Paperhero. You know how everyone keeps talking about slowing down and taking time for yourself?

Well, a few years back, I was caught in the hustle of modern life and didn't quite get what "slowing down" meant. Until one day, when I decided to build a model ship with my dad.

It was time-consuming and intricate, but completing it was incredibly satisfying. That experience sparked the idea for Paperhero — as a way for everyone to feel that same sense of accomplishment and togetherness through hands-on creativity.

The more I thought about it, the more I realized how good it felt to create something tangible. Whether you're putting together a model ship or crafting a scrapbook by yourself, the process of doing something manually is deeply rewarding. It's a break from the screen, a pause from the routine, and it's therapeutic. It's a chance to relax, to slow down, and to soak in the simple joy of making something from scratch.

But I wanted Paperhero to be more than just an activity for those already interested in crafting; I wanted to democratize creativity and art for everyone. And so, we began with wall decor—creating designs that can jazz up any space and bring life to your rooms. But Paperhero isn’t just about filling up blank walls; it's about filling up your time with a worthwhile endeavour.

We've created a range of papercraft kits that serve as a fantastic activity, whether you’re going solo or making it a family affair. Imagine spending an afternoon folding and crafting a paper sculpture with your kids or taking a quiet evening to assemble a piece by yourself. The end result is always the same: a feeling of accomplishment and a beautiful piece of art to show for it.

So here we are, Paperhero, on a mission to fill your homes and your lives with the joy of creation.

Whether you're a family looking for a fun project, an individual seeking a creative escape, or anyone in between, we've got something for you. Let’s rediscover the delight of manual creativity, let's slow down together, and let's fill those walls with your art and soul.

Cheers,

Brad Peters
